NFC (Near Field Communication) is a contactless technology that allows a mobile phone to instantly open a link when brought close to a compatible device, without having to scan a QR code or install an app.

Yes. The destination programmed onto an NFC-enabled device can be changed at any time on request.

A change to the NFC destination is charged at CHF 15, unless otherwise specified in a maintenance package.

A 12-month technical warranty is included. A minimum call-out charge of 20 CHF applies for any call-out or service visit.

In the event of a damaged or defective product, the customer must pay a service charge of 20 CHF as well as 50 per cent of the price of the replacement product. Loss, theft and deliberate damage are not covered by the warranty.

Yes, TECHORA operates in Geneva and French-speaking Switzerland, providing installation and support for its solutions.

TWINT and cash are accepted. Payment terms are confirmed with the customer before preparation or installation.

The production time depends on the product and the number of items ordered. You will be informed of this timeframe when your request is confirmed.
